- Steve Gadd - Up Close. This is like being in the recording studio with one of the smoothest, grooviest players the industry has ever known.
- Any of the Terry Bozzio videos. Terry has dramatically expanded the boundaries of modern drumming. His playing is amazing. He is a consistent inspiration to me. He takes what may seem technically impossible and, not only shows that it is possible, but, he makes it look easy and sound beautiful!
